  7.           END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  10. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  11. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  12. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  13. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  14. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  15. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  16. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  17. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  18. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  19. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  21. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  22. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  23. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  24. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  26. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  27. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  28. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  30. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  31. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  32. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  33. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  34. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  35. standalone product or included with your own product.

  37. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  39. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  40. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  41. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  42. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  44. Separation of Components.
  45. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  46. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  47.  
  48. Software Transfer.
  49. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  50. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  51.  
  52. Termination.
  53. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  54. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  55. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  56. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  57.  
  58. Distribution.
  59. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  60. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  61. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  62. free or non-profit packages or products.

  64. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  65. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  66. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  67. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  68. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  69. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  70. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  71. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  72. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  73. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  74. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  75. purposes.

  77. 4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  78. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with
  79. RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  80. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  81. subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  82. Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
  83. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted
  84. Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  86. MISCELLANEOUS

  88. If you acquired this product in Austria, this EULA is
  89. governed by the laws of Austria.
  90.  
  91. If this product was acquired outside Austria, then local
  92. law may apply.

  94. Should you have any questions concerning this EULA, or if you desire
  95. to contact the author of this Software for any reason, please contact
  96. him/her at the email address mentioned at the top of this EULA or
  97. write to his address (also mentioned at the top).

  99. LIMITED WARRANTY

  101. NO WARRANTIES.
  102. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  103. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  104. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  105. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  106. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  107. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  108. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  110. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  111. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  112. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  113. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  114. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  115. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  116. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  117. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  118. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  119. the above limitation may not apply to you.
